Thank you for shopping at AuraAlley. We take pride in our unique streetwear designs. Since we operate on a Print-on-Demand model, each item is custom-printed specifically for you once an order is placed.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during a new drop), shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-9 business days after processing.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. (We offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹[Your Amount, e.g., 999]).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.

  • For remote areas, delivery may take an additional 2-3 business days.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • AuraAlley is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Also, notify us at [Your Support Email] with photos/videos of the damage so we can assist you with a replacement.
