Refund & Cancellation Policy
At AuraAlley, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we operate on a Print-on-Demand model (where each item is custom-printed for you), please read our policy carefully:
1. Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags intact.
Oversized Fit: Please refer to our Size Chart before ordering. We only offer exchanges for size issues if the product is in its original condition.
2. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will require a clear photo or an unboxing video as proof to process your replacement or refund immediately.
3. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Once the order moves into the "Printing" or "Production" phase, we cannot cancel it as the product is being custom-made for you.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (UPI/Bank/Card) within 5-7 working days.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error, we will cover the shipping costs.
For size exchanges or change of mind, the customer may be responsible for paying the return shipping charges.
