 Refund & Cancellation     Policy


At AuraAlley, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we operate on a Print-on-Demand model (where each item is custom-printed for you), please read our policy carefully:

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags intact.

  • Oversized Fit: Please refer to our Size Chart before ordering. We only offer exchanges for size issues if the product is in its original condition.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will require a clear photo or an unboxing video as proof to process your replacement or refund immediately.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

  • Once the order moves into the "Printing" or "Production" phase, we cannot cancel it as the product is being custom-made for you.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (UPI/Bank/Card) within 5-7 working days.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error, we will cover the shipping costs.

  • For size exchanges or change of mind, the customer may be responsible for paying the return shipping charges.
